2009 Valli Unite Brut & Beast Frizzantte
Piedmontese blend of cortese, moscato, favorita, chasselas & timoraso - grapes I don’t regularly gulp, but what a wine. Hippie juice (literally farmed by an Italian commune of farmers). Good fruit, dry - sings with food.
